InsanityI crouched beneath the shadows, watching, waiting. Your thin frail body turned round the corner, flicking the bag you held between your fingers. Your eyes caught my gaze, surprised. I pounced. I let my hands rip the bag off your fingers, and tear your clothing. You tried to scream, but I covered your mouth, giving no sound. My eyes traced over your pale skin, filing myself with this feeling, this insanity.
Your nails dug into me as I clenched my fist, but your grip loosened the moment I threw my fist into you. You choked, and I grew hungry, thirsty, for the smell of the beautiful blood which soon began to leak from your thin rose lips. The colour shined in my eyes and put me in a daze. It was like a drug. I needed more.
I dropped you to the floor and began to kick, harder and harder, letting those patches of pink and red on your skin fail into the patches of blood which burnt my eyes in such a beautiful, wonderful way. I traced my hands over your torn dress carefully, and ripped it off

SilenceSometimes it must be strange how sound is just so important. No matter what you think, it’s there. It’s in the passing of the traffic on the roads; it’s in the singing of the birds in the sky. With every different sound, it seems like it’s all blurred together, but somehow it’s easy to pick out just what you want to hear. Everything else can fade into an incessant buzzing in the background. However you might want, they are still there and sometimes you can’t help how a few words, a few murmurs seem to make it through that blur of noise you never listen to, and it seems so loud. The words are so loud you ears begin to bleed.
That’s when it stops. In an instant, your very existence completely changes. You wonder where everything has gone, and you look around. Somehow the world still moves, but you are still. In a daze, you walk upon streets of the city. It is filled with light, and something you can’t quite pick out. You think, there must be someth

Mourns from the deepest voices
obscured by rain clouds, showers of hurt.

Even the brightest cannot survive,
slipping into the gravest of fates,
voids of any colour you like, as long as it's black.
Existence becomes nothing,
nature, a body of inanimate beings
fallen in a single stroke.

Childhood      Your fingers pushed harder, deepening your hold inside me. Anyone in my position would think the pain couldn’t get any worse, but then you came out. In, out, in, out. The agony screamed through my tiny body as you continued at a fast, but regular speed. Your eyes sparked, and your mouth turned a smile.
      “You’re enjoying this, aren’t you, sweetie?” you said, burning my eyes with that sly look on your face. I cringed, shaking my head. I wished I could just runaway, pretend this was dream, crawl in a hole where no one could find me, just die. Anything but this. I wanted to beg, so much, for you to stop. I wanted to scream, be taken to safety, and never see you again, but I knew it would get nowhere. You pushed harder, angry at the response I gave. I almost choked, shocked from your sudden move.

Kick In The Head Your lips came over mine in what seemed like the most perfect moment. I hadn’t felt this for so long that I thought I’d drown in bliss. My arms wrapped around your body as I let myself be taken away by you. I wanted this so badly that I kept my eyes shut so tight. This was an impossible fantasy, and I knew it, but I wouldn’t believe it. I held on tighter, pushing myself closer, closer. You tried to speak, but I had stopped listening long ago. Pushing me away, I grabbed on tighter, nails gripping into your skin making you bleed. Angry, you threw me to the ground, screaming. Still, I didn’t believe it. I jumped up and grabbed you again, but you only threw me back.

Drink It burned. The sickly liquid gushed down her throat. It was exciting, thrilling. He looked at her, proud, for one is always proud of one’s daughter when she takes her first drink. Only not really. The first time she screamed, disgusted. So was he, for it made no sense how one could think anything other than the best of such a drink. She remembered this as she drank. She couldn’t stop, desperate to prove she could be just as good as him, desperate to imitate and follow anything he did. Secretly, she could tell he liked it. The smile growing on his lips as she took another sip of the stuff made her feel so worthy.
Her throat got used to the burn, adjusting to the taste, loving it. Her senses tingled with enjoyment as time passed further, more blank spots in her memory. Vague references to psychedelic colours and flashing lights flashed through her mind. He dragged her home; reminiscent of the times he slept
